Public Programs

Learning is an ongoing pursuit, so activities at ABAC’s Georgia Museum of Agriculture are not limited to school groups. Programs are offered for toddlers to senior adults and every age in between!

Children's Programs

Children ages 2-12 can enjoy monthly programs offered by educational staff and volunteers at ABAC’s Georgia Museum of Agriculture. Children and families can explore agriculture, history, and natural resource topics through various interactive and engaging sessions.

Toddler Time

It’s never too early to start learning! Every second Tuesday and Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m. we offer Toddler Time with interactive activities, stories, and crafts for children ages 2 to 4 and a caregiver. Tickets are $6 and include program entry for one child and one adult.

Wiregrass Kids

Graduate to Wiregrass Kids for those ages 5-12 on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. We pick a new theme every month to engage kids early and pique their interest in agriculture, history, and natural resources with fun activities and crafts. Tickets are $10 and include program entry for one child and one adult.

History After Dark

Enjoy the Museum after hours through our immersive History After Dark series, an always changing offering of special events for all ages. Keep up-to-date with our events calendar to see what exciting experience we offer next!
