Food is available at the Drug Store located in the Historic Village across from the Train Depot. The Drug Store is open during regular operating hours.

Restrooms are located in the Country Store, the Drug Store, behind the Print Shop and beside the Opry Shelter.

Attractions

The train typically operates every Saturday. Exceptions to these dates include maintenance of the train and railroad tracks, and during the month of August when the Historic Village is closed.

The train ride typically lasts about 20 minutes. Guests may board at the Country Store Train Depot or the Main Street Train Depot in the Historic Village.

The train follows a path of nearly one mile through the Historic Village, forested area of the Museum, behind the Country Store and along Agrirama Lake.

The Sawmill runs the first Saturday of every April as part of the Museum’s annual Folklife Festival and during the Museum’s Trick or Treat in the Village event, usually the last Saturday of October.

The Cotton Gin runs the during the Museum’s Trick or Treat in the Village event, usually the last Saturday of October. Additional operating days of the Cotton Gin can be viewed on the Happenings page.

The Turpentine Still runs the first Saturday of every April as part of the Museum’s annual Folklife Festival.
